Step 2 – Place Your Debt Collection Case

Once you have provided us with the correct details and submitted your debt collection case, we will start that same day with collecting the debt. This leads us to the final step of the debt collection process.
Step 3 – Getting Your Invoice Paid
To begin collecting your debt, we assign one of our Account Managers to your case. Before we start calling your debtor, your assigned Account Manager will contact you to introduce themselves and to discuss your preferred tone of voice when we approach your debtor. Once we know the right tone of voice, we will start contacting the debtor to collect your debt.
To collect the debt we have an amazing in-house multilingual team of debt collectors. This is why we are able to collect your debts in over 15 different languages.
During the process of contacting your debtor, your dedicated Account Manager will keep you up to date on any developments in the collection case.
Once your debt collection case is successfully collected, we will transfer the amount of the invoice to your account. We will keep the collection fees that are paid by the debtor. This means you get your invoice paid without investing any money upfront or a lot of time into it.
