Training

Personal growth for your employees

Effective accounts receivable management requires more than advanced software and well-designed processes. It requires an investment in the staff responsible for said task. On that personal level, many organisations still have a lot of room for improvement. Investing in people has not had enough priority when it comes to investing in systems or processes.

In addition, we also noticed that accounts receivable management can be a task that get added to the employees workload, however, a good receptionist or administrative employee is not automatically equipped to be a good accounts receivable manager. How do you handle a telephone conversation with a debtor? What tools do you have when a debtor disagrees with your story? How do you recognise an excuse and how do you deal with this? These and many other questions are addressed in our effective in-company training courses.
"Our training courses always consist of a theoretical part and a part in which the attendees apply the theory in practical simulations and give each other feedback"

Thoughtful customization in training

A CMC training course always starts with a baseline measurement, because every organisation is different. We make an inventory of work processes and individual capacities as well. By linking this data to the management's objectives, we realize a custom-made training programme. Our training courses consist of a theoretical part and a part in which the students apply the theory in practical simulations and give each other feedback. What makes these sessions extra useful, is that crucial information often comes to light. For example, information about how employees view certain processes and agreements within the organisation. However, the most important achievement is the educational effect: we train non-specialist employees to become decisive and specialized debtor managers.
